Please note, if you wish to make any changes or cancellations to your appointment, please do so in writing, with no less than 48 hours notice. For appointments with Dr Ayad Harb, please allow 5 full days notice before making changes or cancellations.
If we do not receive the required notice, you will be charged your deposit as a late cancellation/change fee.
